Dr. Brian Guice, Optometric Physician
Originally from Conway, Dr. Guice obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas. He then attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, attaining the degree Doctor of Optometry. Licensed as an Optometric Physician, Dr. Guice has attained the highest level of optometric achievement in Arkansas.
Dr. Guice is a member of the American Optometric Association, Arkansas Optometric Association, The Heights Business Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. He enjoys being outdoors with family and friends, hiking, mountain biking, and canoeing. He and his family live in Little Rock.
Dana Lee, Eyewear Boutique Manager
Dana is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, a national design school that cultivated her love of the arts including fashion merchandising, retail marketing and visual design. Formerly an Area Manager for the New York based women's ready-to-wear designer Barami, Dana successfully managed the sales of multiple boutiques located in Center City Philadelphia, King of Prussia and Washington, DC. Most recently she held positions in the executive retail buying office at Boyd's in Philadelphia and Pottery Barn's custom design furnishings division.
Dana brings over 20 years of experience in luxury retail sales and operations to Kavanaugh Eye Care. Dana's focus is in the details, from one of a kind frame selection to exceptional service. "Our philosophy is to serve. This endeavor takes passion, commitment, team work and humility. We aim to exceed the expectations of every client that walks thru our door. Be it the latest examination technology or our extensive product knowledge, we aim to earn the long term trust and friendship of our community."
Kerry Guice, Co-Founder
Also from Conway, Kerry worked as Sales Manager for Ruth's Chris Steak House in Memphis before returning to Little Rock as General Manager of Trio's Restaurant. She brings the same exceptional customer service and marketing expertise to Kavanaugh Eye Care that she attained in the fine dining industry. Kerry is also a professional photographer, providing wedding and bridal, family portraiture and commercial photographic services. She enjoys spending time outside with Dr. Guice and their dogs and being a mother to their precious daughter, Violet.
Kyrsten Foose, Certified Paraoptometric
Kyrsten began her career in the field of optometry in 2009. After becoming a Certified Paraoptometric, she joined Dr. Guice's practice where she not only brought her knowledge and dedication to eye care, but also compassion for her patients. Kyrsten currently holds an Associate’s Degree in Science and is now attending the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences at their College of Nursing. Here she plans to obtain her Bachelors in Science with a major in Nursing. Kyrsten has previous experience managing eye care clinics in Little Rock and North Little Rock, as well as businesses in San Francisco, California and Austin, Texas. This experience, coupled with her certification as a paraoptometric, and her ambition to become a nurse enhances the care of every patient that walks into Kavanaugh Eye Care.
